Privacy
Super Normal World, by Nlol Labs LLC.
Summary
Super Normal World has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no cookies. The game keeps your progress on your own device and does not send it to us.
What the browser version stores
The game saves a few things in your browser’s local storage, on your device only:
- Your progress: unlocked levels, collected tapes, saved ammo and similar game state
- Your endless mode runs and high scores (the leaderboard is local to your browser)
- Settings such as music volume and controller vibration
- Whether you’ve already seen the tip about adding the game to your iPhone home screen
This data never leaves your browser. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. If your browser blocks storage, the game still runs; it just won’t remember your progress.
Controls
Keyboard, mouse, gamepad and touch input are handled inside the game on your device and are not recorded or sent anywhere.
Hosting
The browser version is served by Cloudflare. To deliver the game and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address and browser type, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Desktop and mobile versions
The planned Steam and Google Play versions will save progress on your device in the same way. Purchases through those stores are handled by Valve or Google under their own privacy policies. This policy will be updated before those versions are released.
Children
Super Normal World contains horror themes and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
